Major Writing #1

After reading the analytical report a couple of times I understand that is a 5 page paper designed to get us more involved with our future career choice or major. We'll be interacting with professionals from our areas of study and reading both academic and non-academic sources to try and gage what role writing plays in a real world job. By interviewing professionals and coming into contact with academic journals we will see more targeted writing for a selective audience as opposed to writing for the masses. The paper will also show us how to integrate sources in our respective fields. 3 Questions for My Professor 1) I am an undecided or "open" major, so I was curious as to what field of study I would be pursuing? 2) I am new to Iowa City and don't have many connections yet on campus, how would you recommend getting a meeting with a professor or an expert? 3)Is there a font that you would suggest we write in for our paper?

Welcome to my blog!

Hello and welcome to my blog for Rhetoric. My name is Archie Kipp and I'm from St. Louis. I like to read and John Grisham is one of my favorite authors. I love to play video games and listen to music as well. Other than that, I just wanted to say I'm excited to see what this course has to offer.
